Artichoke Spinach Dip

Yield: 4 ½ cups
Serves approximately 6 – 8 people

10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze extra liquid out)
2 14 oz. cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
2 pounds Hood cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon Tabasco
®
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Saputo grated parmesan cheese
½ cup Saputo shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Tabasco® and Worcestershire sauce and mix with an electric mixer on low speed until thoroughly combined, 1-2 minutes. Add parmesan and mozzarella and mix until combined.  Spoon into ceramic dish and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring once, until bubbly and begins to brown.  Serve with Food ShouldTaskGood
