CANTONESE SKEWERED SHRIMP

INGREDIENT LIST:
King & Prince Grillmaster Shrimp Skewer - 2 skewers (5 shrimp per skewer)
Veggie egg roll - 1 ea.
Moody Dunbar 1 oz red pepper strips; 1 oz green pepper strips
1 oz bias cut celery
1 oz baby corn
LaChoy 1 oz bamboo shoot strips;
1/2 oz canola oil;
LaChoy 1 oz soy sauce
Fried rice - 5 oz (1 oz soy sauce)
2 oz Cantonese Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
SEAFOOD PREPARATIONS: Do not thaw or overcook. GRIDDLE: Place 2 skewers on 350F griddle. Cook about 3 1/2 - 4 minutes and then turn; cook an additional 3 1/2 - 4 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 450F. Place 2 skewers on ungreased baking pan. Bake about 8-9 minutes. PAN SAUTE: Place 2 skewers into large 10-inch skillet preheated to medium temperature (325-350F) . Cook about 4-4 1/2 minutes on each side. Brush with Cantonese Sauce.
Prepare rice according to manufacturers instructions. Add 1 oz. of soy sauce.
Stir fry vegetables in 1/2 oz. canola oil and add 1 oz soy sauce.
Fry egg roll for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Place vegetables around edge of plate. Place fried rice in center of the plate. Top plate with shrimp skewers and egg roll. Serve.
