Sliced Asian marinated grilled chicken served over a mix of baby spinach, red onion, red bell papers, cucumbers, broccoli, sliced almonds and sesame croutons, and drizzled with an Asian dressing.

ounces Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless

ounces Baby Spinach
|

ounces Red Onion, sliced

ounces Red Bell Peppers, julienne
|

2
ounces Cucumbers, diced 1/2"

ounces Broccoli, florets
|
|
1
ounce Almonds, sliced

ounces Pan Asian Oriental Dressing
|
|
|
Instructions:
- In a portion bag, marinate chicken breast with 1.5 ounces of Pan Asian Oriental Dressing.
- Preheat grill on medium-high.
- Grill chicken to 165 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss vegetables with 2.5 ounces of Pan Asian Oriental Dressing.
- Arrange on a large plate and top with sliced grilled chicken.
