Beef & Chicken Satay
Recipe Yield:
Thinly sliced chicken and beef strips marinated in a refreshing, citrus and soy Asian dressing and grilled. Served on mixed greens with a creamy sauce highlighted with fresh cilantro.

strips Beef, sirloin tip, 1/2" by 1" by 5"

each Chicken Tenders
|
|
2
ounces Pan Asian Oriental Dressing
|
|
1 1/2
ounces Creamy Cilantro Dressing
|
|
2
ounces Mixed Greens
|
|
as needed Bamboo Skewers, soaked in water, 8"
|

Instructions:
- In separate portion bags, marinate beef strips and chicken tenders with 1 ounce each of Pan Asian Oriental Dressing.
- Skewer both separately.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken to 165 degrees.
- Grill beef to desired temperature.
- Arrange beef and chicken skewers on mixed greens and serve with a ramakin of Creamy Cilantro Dressing for dipping.
